[What's okay to mention around him/her] You can say anything to him, but it doesn't mean he'll be okay with them. Coming from a family of monster hunters, he knows a lot about them. While he's not as close minded as his brother, he still has some bias and beliefs that might not be exactly true.
[Is there anything you need us to know about interacting with this character? Special physical features, special abilities, etc] Like Dean, Sam was trained in a variety of weapons and knows how to fight. As he's 11 he was mostly taught (and mostly knows) dirty tactics, but he can use a wide variety of weapons. Not with a whole lot of skill, but he's only going to get better.
[Can I hack that strike or otherwise find out information they'd prefer to keep hidden?] Only if I give the okay or mention that it's visible or poorly filtered.
[What would be a suitable way of disciplining them?] Pretty much anything would work. Menial labor like cleaning, lines, and all sorts of stuff. However, things that make him feel guilty vs things that are just busy work or physical punishments will be more effective. Lectures work.
[Can I troll/mindscrew/mess with in general?] Suuuure.
[Can I spit at/jinx/step on/etc? (i.e. fighting)] Yeah, but he'll fight back.
[Can I flirt with/hug/kiss/use other means of non-violent physical contact with this character?] Like I said before, due to Sam's age I'd rather not go sexual, but hugging and friendly stuff is perfectly okay.
[Anything else?] Noooot that I can think of at the moment.
